Shipping & Returns

Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. All international shipments are sent with DHL Express.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days and delivered in 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

When is my order shipped, and how can I track it?
Once your package is handed to DHL and a tracking number is generated, it will be sent to you by email. You can contact us at any time for the current status of your order.
For international orders, any taxes, duties and customs fees that may arise under the regulations of the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I ship a single order to multiple addresses?
Each order can currently be shipped to only one delivery address. If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Each ALLBYB piece is handmade and shipped internationally, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product details, measurements and photos carefully before placing your order, and contact info@allbyb.com if you have any questions.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please email info@allbyb.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
