Return Policy


– You can return any item purchased from the ALLBYB Online Store within 14 days of the delivery date.
– Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging, including any signature packaging materials.
– Complete the Return Invoice included in your package, indicating the item(s) you wish to return. If you cannot find the invoice, you can download a copy [here](https://allbyb.com/return-proforma).
– We will notify you via email once we receive your return and will issue a refund for the returned items after inspecting their condition.
– Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
– Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned item, processing your refund may take up to 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
– You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. After we process your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement.
