Which carriers do you use and what are the shipping fees?
We partner with premium carriers to ensure safe delivery:

Domestic (Türkiye): We offer free shipping on all orders within Türkiye via Yurtiçi Kargo.

International: We ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping fees are calculated and added to your total at the checkout page based on the destination and weight.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Domestic (Türkiye): You will receive a confirmation email once your order is handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo. For updates regarding your delivery, feel free to contact us.

International: Once your package is processed by DHL and a tracking number is generated, we will share this number with you via email.
Who is responsible for customs duties?
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. ALLBYB partners with DHL for fast and secure worldwide delivery.
Can I ship a single order to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only ship to one address per order. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each destination.
What is your return policy and who pays for return shipping?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging (including the dust bag) intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
